A true to life diamond in the ruff, this Bronx born diva is sure to shine bright.
Born Tiffany G. Wilson aka T'Zelle, she is no newcomer to the scene, by any stretch of the imagination. Flexing her vocal cords since the tender age of eight, her hard work and dedication has made her into the multi-faceted artist she is today.
T'Zelle's first true break came as a teen, where she became a part of the female R&B group "REAL", who were signed to QWEST Records. That experience, coupled with years of touring with the "world renown" Harlem Gospel Choir, The Golden Gospel Singers, more recently Barbara Tucker & Leela James, has given her all the right tools she will need to handle her budding solo career. She also demands repect as a songwriter and industry stylist, and don't sleep on her acting skills either, ya heard?
Her writing skills has led to collaborations with various accomplished artist,
including Coko (SWV), KayGee (Naughty by Nature/Divine Mills), Aaron Hall (Guy), Barbara Tucker (for you house lovers), as well as newcomers Thalisha, Malissa Hunter, Chandlar, Kieran and Trey Munroe.
"With The current state of R&B/Soul music, as it is, it is refreshing to know that the resurgence of R&B/Soul music is in full swing with the emergence of this very talented singer/songwriter T'Zelle. Singing songs from the soul, T'Zelle connects directly with the listener's experiences in both love and life. T'Zelle embodies all the elements of what "True" R&B music is all about; soul, passion and a message.
She has an old school vibe with a modern day feel. T'Zelle is a natural performer and crowd-pleaser, She can "take you to church" and "kick it for the streets" all in one set, making her performance more like an experience. Absent is the "fluff" and "raunchy" that you hear on the radio today, present is just good old-fashioned songwriting. Songs that you can follow the story line from beginning to end. "Don't get it twisted," says T'Zelle "I write the things people are often afraid to say but it's vibey. You just gotta nod your head like 'yea'."T'Zelle is like a breath of fresh air, a much welcomed addition to the music scene.
