The epidemic began in the year 2000 forming with Alex Berzerker (guitars), Desecrator (drums) and a vocalist that was briefly in the band, vocals were later taken over by Alex Berzerker. The demo ep 'Summoning Of The Dark Lords' was recorded and released in 2000. 'The Eternal Conquest' ep was recorded in 2003 and released with the demo 'Summoning Of The Dark Lords' in 2004. At the end of 2003 Desecrator departed to focus on guitars in the other bands he was doing. The maniacal skullcrushing machine Clif joined on drums in Jan. 2004. Within in the next couple of months the band was reborn consisting of Alex Berzerker (guitars, vocals), Clif (drums), Necrogutsfucker (bass) and T. Hayden (guitars / Taught By Birds, Anima Nera). In Oct. 2005 a split cd with SIN (OH) through DEATHTREE PRODUCTIONS was released. 'STRIGA MOON' will be recorded in May/June 2007 with an autumnal equinox release, spawning 10 tracks of haunting obscure, black, death metal summoning a force of unearthly proportions.BEWARE THE STRIGA MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
