About Me

My name is Liam and I'm a 23 year old South African – Israeli Singer / Songwriter.I was born in Israel but spent the first years of my life living In South-Africa. My family moved back to Israel in the early 1990's and I've been living here ever since."L.I.A.M" in Hebrew is an acronym for the words "they shall study war no more". Having spent most of my life in Israel I have grown to love the irony of my name :)I've been singing and playing the guitar since I was 13 and started writing songs at about the same age. At the age of 19 I enlisted and began serving my 3 year mandatory service in the Israeli army.A period full of war, violence and confusion but most of all and most importantly a period of soul searching, self growth and inspiration.I promised myself that if I finish my army service alive and with enough fingers to play the guitar, the first thing on my "to do list" is to record and publish my first {and hopefully not last} studio album. So i did it.Contact Liam - [email protected]

Sounds Like: "The world is filled with people who are no longer needed - And who try to make slaves of all of us - And they have their music and we have ours - Theirs, the wasted songs of a superstitious nightmare - And without their musical and ideological miscarriages to compare our songs of freedom to , We'd not have any opposite to compare music with - And like the drifting wind, hitting against no obstacle, We'd never know it's speed and it's power"...Woody Guthrie
