EXERCISE1 Records was born October 2004 in The Camden Head, Angel Islington over a pint of London Pride and a packet of Scampi Fries.
They put out good music that they like, largely due to the fact that most record labels are rubbish (with a few noble exceptions). A bunch of important people have played it on a bunch of important radio shows, and a bunch more people who know loads about music have written about it in their majorly important publications. They have a website at www.exercise1.net . They are approachable and use their eyes as well as talk in language.
