CREACURE c'est un projet.
Celui de fêter en 2009 les 30 ans
de la sortie du premier album de THE CURE, Three Imaginary Boys.
C'est aussi un pari. Celui d'un ouvrage esthétique et éclectique abordant le groupe par le pri sme des réalisations artistiques de celles et ceux qui sont sensibles à leur musique.
THE CURE vous inspire ou vous a inspiré ?
Vous aimez écrire, dessiner, êtes amateurs de photographie, de graphisme ou d'au tres formes d'expression artistique et aimeriez voir vos créations participer à l'élaboration de ce
recueil ?
Faites-les parvenir aux initiateurs de ce projet, Sophie Deprés, Julien Bremard, Mauro Melis et William Soragna que la musique de THE CURE accompagne depuis quelques années déjà !

Même si la pratique du hors-piste est ici encouragée, quelques cadres
thématiques !
- le groupe;

(vos moments forts sont particulièrement attendus !)
...sur tous les tons ! (littéraire, humoristique, analytique...)
...sur tous les modes ! (textes, dessins / planches BD, photos, graphes, artworks personnels, peintures...)

A NOTER:
- Pas de pièces musicales ,
- Dans le but de concevoir un ouvrage de qualité, merci de nous fournir des visuels en haute résolution (300 dpi),
- DATE LIMITE DE RECEPTION DES TRAVAUX: 30 SEPT. 2008.
IMPORTANT:
CREACURE est composé de bénévoles et le fruit de leur travail fera l'objet d'une publication indépendante. Les participants s'engagent à céder leur(s) création(s) à titre gracieux.
De son côté, CREACURE s'engage à respecter l'intégrité de ces travaux , à les exploiter exclusivement dans le cadre de cette édition et à dûment publier l'ensemble des crédits.
Un document type précisant ces éléments sera adressé par courrier aux auteurs retenus et devra être signé par les deux parties avant toute publication.
On vous attend, rien ne se fera sans vous !

Creacure is a project that will celebrate in 2009 the 30th anniversary of The Cure's debut album "Three Imaginary Boys".
It has the challenge of gathering together creative people inspired by The Cure's music to create an aesthetic and eclectic book dealing with the band.
Are you or have you been inspired by THE CURE?
Do you enjoy writing, drawing? Are you an amateur photographer, graphic designer or do you practise any other form of artistic expression? Would you like to see your work being part of this collection?
Then share them with the architects of this project, Sophie Deprés, Julien Bremard, Mauro Melis and William Soragna, who have already been Cure fans for many years !

Thinking outside of the box is encouraged but you might like to consider the following themes as a framework!
- the group;
- their albums;
- their songs;
- your personal recollections of the band - because it is these little anecdotes that make the bigger picture! (your favourite memories are particularly welcomed!) .

Choose your own medium : literary works, artworks, drawings, paintings, or personal photographs

PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER:
- no musical pieces or sound files;
- as we a wish to produce a work of high quality, please supply any graphic work in high resolution (300 dpi);
- DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF CONTRIBUTIONS: SEPT. 30TH 2008.
IMPORTANT:
CREACURE is composed of volunteers and the result of their work will be an independent publication. Contributors agree to give their work free of charge and waive any rights to the work contributed.
For its part, CREACURE is committed to respecting the integrity of all contributors' work; to using the work exclusively for this publication; and with crediting the contributors of all work selected. A standard document specifying these terms will be sent to those contributors selected and must be signed by both parties before any publication.
