Sylvanus was formed in the summer of 2006 by brother's Shaun (Vocals) & Sam (Drums) after a summer on the dole! Enlisting the guitar styling of long time friend Alan Travers, the band practiced LOUD! A new heavy sound was emerging and with the help of college friend Tom Newell on Bass, Sylvanus was able to step out of the forest and in to the world of heavy metal were they have been slaying audiences with there cider drinking, head banging, doom laden, fucking kick ass mother fucker of a sound!
