About Me

I got my own Free MySpace Layout from Pyzam.com
Welcome to Backyard Safari Wildlife Education's Myspace Page!Backyard Safari's main goal is to teach children the importance of protecting our very own environment and understanding the wildlife that we share this beautifull continent with.As professional wildlife educators we strive to make our programs meaningful and exciting. Children and adults alike, get a rare chance to examine real furs and hides from North Americas animals. To name a few; Black Bear, foxes, beaver, badger, coyote, bobcat, river otter, and much much more! Along with the furs we have various other teaching aids including, skulls, and turtle shells! If you are a teacher or parent you know that it is hard sometimes to keep your children's attention, with our hands on approach to teaching about wildlife this is sure to be an experience they won't soon forget! Also, we are constantly doing what we can to further the research on the devestating disease of autism. Partaking in charitable functions such as the Detroit Zoo Autism Walk (2007) as well as donations to Autism Speaks and various other Autism charities, we hope to find a cure to end this mental illness that affects so many children worldwide.Message Us if you would like to book a show!
