Shana S Simpson,known simply as 'shana s',hails from the beautiful parish of Portland,Jamaica.As the eldest of 11 children,she was born a leader.
she always had an interest in music and began d-jaying when she was 12 years old,during break periods in high school.despite her early start,Shana S didn't become serious about her music until she was 17 years old.however,struggles to find a manager to generate intrest in her talent would force her to put off her dreams of a music career for another 5 years.In 1999,Shana migrated to the US where she later met manager 'Wayne Walker' who saw her potential as a singer and
encouraged her to start writing and talking music lessons.
Shana S's first public performance was a heartbreaking tribute to her
grandmother in February of 2003.Following her grandmother's death,Shana S
was determined more than ever to make a name for herself in the music industry....................................................

Since then Shana S' has worked with Miami's Danger Zone Entertainment as well as a number of other producers and sounds. her songs have received airplay at clubs in England,Jamaica and the U.S Additionally,her voice has been heard on many radio station's in south florida, Shana as performed at stage shows in FT lauderdale and at a variety of different clubs in Miami,Palm Beach,and FT lauderdale.
She is a testament to young women who have a passion for music. she is a 'go getter and is ready to show the world what she as to offer through reggae music.
