Flavian woke up one morning and made some breakfast, looked itself in the mirror, did the old "You talking to me. You talking to me", sat down and then ate it's breakfast. Then on the habitual brisk cold autumn morning walk ran into the idea of a lifetime. From that day forward Flavian was not going down the old what's the point.... Work is soooooo passe....your 5 minutes late........ uummm excuse me what is that doggy in the window routine no more, No No, they had become a D.I.Y Record label and Promotions company based in Cardiff ran by Elin and Marv. We would turn our hand to anything and do everything the booking, the posters, the promotion, the inevitable panicing because the sound man who's late and his mobile's off and the particular sound man known for his ditsyness, the only person in the world who keeps a diary on his forearm to promote what we see as good bands, local, national or international to provide an energetic platform for great music that we enjoy and hopefully many others will enjoy.
Elin and Marv have a great passion for music so, instead of talking, talking and MORE talking they decided to do something different, go with their gut feeling, book some venues, buy a pa system and book some bands.
