The LIVE studio was created by Nikos and Panagioths Spyropoulos as a simple rehearsal studio of their band, in 1989, on their terrace of their house. There, a space that would serve the musical wonderings and worries of its creators was “set upâ€, possessing the maximum of the musical technology potential of that era. Soon the studio’s rumor was spread in the public, creating a wave of musicians that were looking for alternative ways to express their selves. Thus the skeleton for a real studio was created, as we and they dreamt.
A whole school building was needed for the dream to come true, which was “adapted†so that the weirdest wish of every musician that visits us, to be satisfied. It was turned into a recording and rehearsal studio, an independent company of discography. In the same building we design CD covers, posters and websites, arrange live shows, we have a space to host bands from outside Athens, and generally we have the potential to make true every action needed, related to the music stage.
On this website you can find all the necessary information related to the studio and the exhibitions offered you will need and also news for the new artists and the bands they create in it. The site will be refreshed frequently with news, photos and recording parts of some artists.
