June 2007... Three childhood friends, Alex, Johan and Panos meet after a long time for a beer. They talk about Panos memories from his military service. Then, they talk about gigs they had in the past. They believe it' s time to get back to music. But the idea is different this time... Alex suggested the creation of a hard rock band where the frontman will be a woman. They think it will be something different and original. The story begins... The band's main purpose was mostly to cover songs from 80's and 90's hard rock bands. The search of a bassist is hard and months later Jane appears, and she's the perfect choice! After many covers such as the hard n' heavy Poison's ''Look What the Cat Dragged In'' or the rock'n rollish ''All In The Name Of...'' by Motley Crue they decide to write their own music and the reviews are up till now positive. After many ups and downs, the band found its own musical path where music and lyrics definately reflect where Sex-Rated is now as a band. The band is now working on a 3-track demo which will be soon uploaded.
