born and raised in pireaus.i've been trying to play the drums (still do) since i was 10 years old.then i went to a music school but instead of learning how to play the drums, i was taught to play the trompet. i've completed my studies as a car mechanic and electronic.as late as it may have been i took up drum lessons at the age of 24 unfortunately, and studied with the following:st. sidereas, n.touliatos, n.kapilides, k.drakopoulos and s.bellos. 2003 i was fortunate to be a part of "jesus christ super star" production conducted by g.fakanas, a huge experience for me!same year i landed the drummer spot in YPOGEIA REUMATA!!! LUCKY YEAR!!! i'm currently a member of YPOGEIA REUMATA, ANEMOS, ROT, GROUND, ARTIFICIAL HONEY. 2006 i started drum lessons at modern music school with GIANNIS STAUROPOULOS who changed my whole perpective on drumming, music and life in general!!!before i met him i used to play ping-pong on a ping- pong table.he showed me that ping-pong can be played on a football field!(thanx master!!!) my moto is that as soon as you have filled a bass drum with used metronome batteries, then you'll have enough tools to give shape to the music kept inside and transform the time flowing around you in sounds.just like the smoke meterialises when passing through rays of light
