About Me
I have to tell you that my ONE TRUE PASSION in life (aside from the people that I love)is WRITING! Ever since I was a little girl I have had a pencil, pen, notebook,typewriter, computer, lipstick/receipt (or something of that sort) at my disposal. Songs, short stories, poems, essays, SCHOOL REPORTS, whatever, "I want to WriTe"! So many people out here are calling themselves artists but they are delivering a message (in most cases) that the life they lead is that of what is portrayed in their music, movies, etc...WELL...I'm here to tell ya that most of these clowns are full of sh*t! What they are doing, really, is distorting reality and people belive this sh*t (now I am NOT blaming music on people's ignorance, not at all, but you can't help but point fingers when the music itself is ignorant)! The point is, music has taken a turn and in too many cases it is NOT REAL anymore! Talk about something other then kicking ass, weapons, getting head, money, bubble gum and fucking hoes. Yeah, it's all good but if you're going to produce an album why not portray yourself and your REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES too? Music has broken so many boundries, From Blondie and Fab Five Freddy 2 Aerosmith and RUN DMC, from Sabastain Bach Rapping to Too Short coaching a white girl ON how to rap, music is changing more than ever! You know I got to take time out and pay tribute to ICE-T, 2 LIVE CREW, AND NWA, without them music would be nowhere near where it is today, FREEDOM OF SPEECH, Hooray (D.Snyder)! I remember the 2 LIVE CREW TAPES GETTING PULLED OFF OF THE SHELVES - Fu*k You Tipper ... Music = Diversity, RESPECT IT! UGK, Devin the Dude, Aaliyah, Jay-z, Scarface, Missy Elliot, Kid Rock, Sheryl Crow, Tori Amos, Natalie Merchant, Bono, Eminem, Stevie Nicks, The Rolling Stones, Tom Petty, Pat Benetar, MADONNA, Cyndi Lauper ... so many legends, so much to be appreciated!
Life has taught me many lessons and being that I have moved around so much - ALLIANCE, CALi, TEXAS, Georgia, LORAIN, VERMILION, Sheffield Lake, Salem, Canton, Bedford, Cleveland, Etc..) I have been given PLENTY OPPORTUNITY to grow, learn, and educate myself about the world around me and the people in it. No matter how hard I try I will never fully understand this world or the people in it, I just watch, listen, learn, and grow, then I write.
