Dan Gottfried Piano
Mamelo Gaitanopoulos Tenor Sax & Trumpet

Influences: This band plays Hard Bop with gusto, but it's special and original sound originates from the fusing of old Spharadic Jewish tunes, Mediteranean influences and the traditional Jazz language. The basic concept is to use a traditional acoustic Jazz 5tet of two horns plus rhythm section and apply the Jazz sonority and improvisational language to the abovementioned musical motifs. The result is surprising - hear for yourself!!!
