Have fun cuz life is too short.Looking for gothic / symphonic metal bands with female vocalist. The music must have great sound production.I welcome traditional metal bands. Point in mention that I'm not much of a black / thrash / death metal fan so I will not guarantee I will add you. I have some of my list but not many.I love sports like NHL Hockey and (American) NFL Football. I am looking forward to a pair of new leagues. The All American Football League (AAFL) which kicks off in April 2009. United Football League (UFL) will begin in August 2009. Despite poor production, I enjoyed the XFL.Women who are burlesque entertainers.Women who love to model in swimwear or any other sexy outfits.I'm not here to collect thousands and thousands of friends as much as possible. I'll be happy with any number I get.

I WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST .....

If your looking for a relationship don't bother me, go to an escort service. You can go to an online "web" dating service and you'll get "caught" in it. Don't waste my time and you won't waste yours.New Judas Priest Nostradamus now available.New Within Temptation DVD now available.I am single male, 5'-8" tall, slim build, hazel eyes and over the shoulder length dark blonde hair.I live in Northern Ontario in Canada and I do not live in an igloo. The 4 seasons exist here and summer is my favorite. I want to live my life one day at a time to the fullest. I want to do what I need to do because life is too short.I'm a proud Canadian and I love a good cup of Tim Hortons coffee. :)I am a construction welder by trade both on surface and underground. A lot of people often ask me what's it's like working in an underground mine. Well, it's like walking on a damp dirt road late at night. It is warm so the deeper you go the hotter it gets. The mine has ventilation so we can breath and they always supply bottled water. I like meeting new people in the workforce from complex to complex. While working underground a co-worker did a prank on me. When I was repairing a stone crusher machine (I dislike those) there was a ventilation hose blowing fresh air for me. The worker decided to add a special fragance like a scent of a woman right onto me in the fan. While I was welding on the crusher, I was smelling this beautiful breeze and I thought a woman was right next to me likely watching my work. I did knew there was 2 or 3 women working but not in our area of the mine. After I finished welding I raised my shield and looked around and saw one around and not even the woman. Then I looked up and the four millwrights were laughing at me, lol. Someday I'll get them for that, lol.I love animals especially cats. In late September 2005 I had to put down my 14 year old cat due to his illness. The decision made was out of love cuz I knew that's what he wanted as he didn't want to endure the pain any further. Do I feel guilty of making such a decision? Well maybe only on the day of his passing. Sometimes I asked myself "what have I done"? I did what I had to do. All in all I'm greatful he is no longer suffering and he is out there somewhere in a better place. Everytime I listen to the song "Somewhere" by Within Temptation, I think of him.FUNNY STORY AT A HOOTERS RESTAURANT: In August 2007 while working in the Toronto area, I've decided to eat at a Hooters restaurant (yeah, go figure) since the north doesn't have one. Anyways I've ordered fish, curley fries and a 7up. Being from Northern Ontario, we love fish (and fishing in the lake too). With a packed house (no surprise, lol) a guy was celebrating his birthday so when that happens one of the Hooter girls starts clapping her hands and the others join in if available. While at the table, one of the girls yells out "hey everybody, this guy is celebrating his birthday". The Hooter girls started singing which was really nice. I wished it was my birthday at the time, lol. As I continued eating my food and getting great service from the Hooter girl serving my table, I saw another Hooter girl started clapping her hands and others joined in. So I thought someone else is celebrating a birthday as well. This was a total different story. While at the table, a Hooter girl yelled out "hey everybody, this guy lost his virginity last night". I popped my eyes in saying "did I heard what I really heard?" I think his friends set him up for the occasion (if I can put it that way). Now the no longer a virgin, didn't seem to mind at all having it announced in front of everyone. At the end I had a good laugh out of it. Maybe he must of got it real good, lol. Not only the food was great but so was in the entertainment, lol. Oh and I bought a Hooters shirt too, lol. :)MY TRADITIONAL METAL MUSIC STORY: It started when I was a teen in high school in the early 80's. Students were listening to bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Quiet Riot & Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne to name some. I liked what I was hearing and spoke to some of the students about them. One of them was my brother's long time friend. He let me borrowed some of his Judas Priest cassettes. I chosed the Screaming for Vengeance title because I loved the cover of the winged worrior. When I listened to the tape, I love the guitars, bass, drums the whole production which includes the vocals of Rob Halford. I listened to other titles and I enjoyed them very much. In addition to Priest, I listened to other bands as well. Being just a teen and no money of my own, I ended up getting the tapes for my birthday and Xmas. While still in high school I got a job delivering newspapers to get the others I wanted. I also saved money in the long run not just for the paper route but summer jobs as well. As I got higher paying jobs after graduating from college, I went with the technology as I re-purchased my music in compact disc format. To this day I've kept my orignal cassette copies of Judas Priest but I sold the others at a second hand music shop 300km / 190 miles out of the city since my home city didn't have one at the time. Every now and then I purchased more cd's. When I listen to metal, I love to wear my leather.THE INTERNET AND SYMPHONIC METAL STORY: When I was introduced to this online surfing in the 90's, little my little I started learning this amazing technology at my friend's music shop selling new and used music. At the time he was on dial up but it didn't bother me while I was learning. Today, we need DSL in more ways than one. My friend was happy about my knowledge of metal, he offered me a part-time job on weekends and I agreed. After getting my own email account, I started participating in metal message boards and started talking to people around the globe and talking about various bands and some I've never heard of. Now the discussion started to get very interesting. One person from Europe and myself were talking about women in metal as we call them "metal chicks". Excuse me guys but metal is not just for men but women too. As were talking about them such legends like Doro, Lita Ford, Vixen he mentioned about symphonic metal music. I asked myself "what is that?" My first guess that it has something to do with symphony. He replied by saying that I was right but says I was missing something. I had no idea what that was and he later mentioned opera in the music. As I scratched my head I had to think this sort of blend or European custom I sappose. He made a long story short by sending me an mp3 link of a song called "She is my Sin" by a Finnish symphonic metal band called Nightwish featuring now ex-vocalist Tarja Turunen. I had no clue who they were including her. I downloaded the song and after several minutes I would listen to this type of genre for the first time. The music started and had a very good beat to it but that all changed when the vocalist began singing her notes. I popped my eyes in awe and asked myself "OMG where did that voice came from?" I listened to the song 4 times. I later emailed my European contact and told him my review of the music. He then said "convinced?" Indeed I was. This was a new beginning of listening to this type of genre and I was totally amazed. Symphonic means symphony and it's nicknamed opera metal. These symphonic bands with female vocalist are truely amazing. At the music shop I was doing reseach to locate more of these symphonic / gothic bands. The next one was Within Temptation. Vocalist Sharon Den Adel has a beautiful voice and of course she wears evening dresses during live shows. The band who hails from Holland signed a North American deal with RoadRunner to feature the band on this side of the ocean for the first time and the reviews and radio plays have been great. Other bands I listen to are After Forever, Epica, Tristania and more. After spending 8 years at the music shop on weekends and buying my traditional and symphonic cd's, my friend has decided to discontinue the business and folded on October 31st, 2005. No it wasn't a Halloween treat either. My best memory will be the time when Angela Gossow became the new vocalist of Arch Enemy replacing a frontman. Now imagine being replaced by a chick. I listened to her first release Wages of Sin and her extreme voice sounded like she wants to rip you apart. As the reviews got bigger and bigger, more and more are buying this cd. My point of what's my best memory I recieved a phone call from a guy who asked me if I had any Arch Enemy in stock. As I answered yes and I asked him which title he wanted or looking for. I knew it was Wages of Sin but I had to ask anyways since it is my job to do so. The guy answered "I don't know the title of the Arch Enemy cd but it's the one with the chick in it". I laughed out loud when I heard that and less than 30 minutes later, he came over and picked up his cd. I told this to my friend and he got a good laugh at it too. Since the store closed, I haven't purchased much music so nowadays I'm not in a rush to buy any. With thanks to MySpace, I've located (and some located me) unsigned symphonic bands and they are really good and was really impressed with the sound. Remember if you are in a symphonic / gothic band with female vocalist, I'd like to hear from you so I can hear your opera etc. The end (for now).
