Dominic Carter (The Entertainer )From killer dance moves, to a stunningly warm and unique presence, an eye-catching voice, and an ultimately engaging passion for acting, Dominic Carter sets out to be an undeniable unique individual to the industry. Born in Los Angeles, and raised by his adoptive parents in a seemingly small town called San Dimas. Although mostly remembered for it's water park, San Dimas had another thing coming whenever the name Dominic was mentioned. Always able to exemplify the most positive energy in lieu of the worst situations, most felt that he was going to be a star. Dominic had been passionate about dancing most of his life. Being able to move freely wherever the music took him was the concept that he believed was more true than ever.
"Dance is something you feel, no one can teach you that". Although he had a fascination for gymnastics because some of the movements felt surreal, he never recieved any formal training. His parents can always remember the times when he would just be extrememly eager to head to the backyard to see what new tricks he could experiment with. After a while the fascination turned to determination and Dominic set out to truly learn deeper and stronger movements to combine with dance. Every week would be spent checking out books on Gymnastics & Martial Arts. Soon he developed a style that was stunningly flexible, balanced, & explosive.
B-boying was something that felt more real to him than ever in this point in time and still is. But aside from the tricks and complex moves, dancing & feeling the rythym was still most important. Time continues to pass by and Dominic proves himself to be one of the most eye-catching freestyle dancers you will ever see bless the stage or screen. Recent appearences include music videos for Black Eyed Peas & Raven Symone, Full Season of BET's Club Comicview, MTV, & more. Currently residing in Hollywood, CA, Dominic continues to pursue new avenues in Runway, Print Modeling, Acting, Voiceover, and musically. Dominic sets forth to utilize every piece of talent ultimately to branch out into acting. "It's a process...I can definitely say that I know where I want to be...Most would assume that it's in the dance world, but my passion for dance will be with me forever. Acting is craft I have yet to polish and let the world see soon enough." Recieving support from friends and family, he can only continue to make a statement in the industry and separate himself from the rest.
