About Me

we play music....sometimes.

Ask Someone LP ( Stickfigure Recordings and Ursa Minor Musik )
Atlanta's Blame Game's second full length marks the next logical step in their evolution as a band. Starting as a jazzy hardcore band eight years ago, Ask Someone finds them carving their own very unique sound between free form atonal improvisation and mammoth hard charging moments of intensity, pushing the boundaries of the idea of song. These recordings show them as one of those rare bands that continues to eschew the typical, calling to mind the likes of Ornette Coleman, Albert Ayler, Captain Beefheart, Don Caballero or Polvo, all the while remaining their very own fusion of these influences. The LP contains 3 new instrumental tracks as well as a recording manipulated by the artist Magicicada , totalling at 30 minutes.
