I'm an upright bass player, originally from Texas. In spending alot of time living in Austin, Texas, I caught the LIVE MUSIC bug. In moving to Minneapolis in 2002, I put a band together, to form the Creekbones. The music we wrote combined a kickass blend of new rock, bluegrass and hip-hop. We played all the larger venues in the Twin Cities and gained new fans with every show we played. After nearly two years with the band, I recently left the Creekbones to pursue new musical endeavors.I have also spent time doing studio recordings and sittting in with many local artist. I've also been known to sit in at a gig or show up at a party with my famed BASSBOX! It's hard to believe how closely, the sound resembles upright bass.
