How unfair can the german law system can become.Artist story.
I was very busy last months or years fighting for rights over the law courts.Who rights mine as a free artist... any how here is a bit of the story as time go on i will post videos as evidance and pics.I will like the world of artist on myspace to take careful intrest in the documented story of Germany corrupt law system towards artist when who ever interested can visit my profile site blogs also i will be translating to english any written court corrupt documents.It all begin two tonow three years ago,I am afine artist from Barbados done lots of landscapes and beach scapes across my country and england had one two exibition king George muesem Portsmouth england such landscapes as the mayor house in old main capital Winchester.This took a diffrent turning point to some famous people coming to island seeking my creativity such as th governor son of alaska bought paintings from for his father who always seek special art work to add to his art den of master pieces the painting was a horse racing tropical scene since his father was horse racing owner some of his foals run kentucky derby paul gascoine one of england national football stars in the earlier times and my list can go on.I was here all the time in germany looking to see what motivation can lift me off to paint so most exciting thing that tickle my fancy was hundert wasser house stand in the sky line with huge gold balls for roofs something like phenonima in a landscape then with the materials they used to build ths building structure that change colour to light when the diffrent seasons are around in the year.The hundert wasser painting is 100cm by 90cm,it was not painted with normal cheap hair brushes and paint..It masterly painted with chinees bamboo brushes the original bamboo not the ones you get from any art store and the paint was chosen specially of it pigments also paper that is why i said it was done masterly cause it is a watercolour and at that size to control colour movement on paper was not easy also painted on the winter season more complicated to dry cause the air is condense it is not warm enough to dry some long drying pigments such as yellows for earth colours..In this time my woman and son wanted to go to my home so he can meet his other side of the family he did not see yetat this moment VOLKSBANK owners in volkswagon car company decided to exibit my work in their bank while i was home this was good for me and being on holliday i was more excited to see out come from the people who viewed the painting come back from Barbados and people you cannot think what i saw a souveigner shop had a digital copy pic of my work in small frames selling my work at 30euros apiece inthe window of the store the paintings and frame was A4 size ..I did not know what to do cause iwas total shock..so knowing this place with the corruption system to proved what I saw i told a friend of my woman she goes down by the shop bought one of my own works to take to my lawyer as proof . He then took the matter to the law courts who in the end help the criminal to make good ofthe escape with my work and not bringing him to justice ..now when i had gone down the street with a weapon to claim fear for my money yea i will get my money and fair side of i had no rights to take action with voilence to their people but it is ok to join acriminal who is their people to cheat an artist i did not steal the paint or paper and when i wanted to paint none these people would had give me no paint or help to make this success painting to be there today.that is why most my paintings on myspace is not properly photograph this is to protect my work now the worth in court after i won the case first was 200,000euro i have this from the law courts written papers but the court people who make the ruling was disqualified by criminal lawyer who came in the scene after my persidings over the matter.He figured out some way to debate over me or the corrupt german system.. I am going to post documented pics and video of me working on this painting from scratch..STAY TUNE TO THE FOLLOWING OUT COME ON THIS STORY THEN THE WHOLE FUCKING WORLD WILL SAY GUYS LIKE ME ON DRUGS AT LEAST I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN WHOW TO MAKE A GREAT PIECE OF ART WHICH IS LOTS OF CONCENTRATION ONLY NONE ARTIST PEOPLE HEEDEN DO NOT UNDERSTAND CAUSE THEY ARE CONARTIST AND FOR THE COURTS SYSTEM HERE THE PEOPLE IS ON DRUGS TO SCREW UP A PLAIN STRAIGHT FORWARD CASE OR RASCISM IS PLAYING A BIG ROLE HERE AGAIN..I will really like some feed back on this from true artist friends out there the case not finish yet that why i have know much time on the net and i cannot drop this it is not the money for me but principal behind the art work.
