Tommy was Born in Austin, Texas. He started playing music at the ripe ole age of 8. By the time he was 11 he was playing professional gigs and touring, much to his Mom's dismay. He was fortunate to have played with many major recording artist that came thru Texas. George Jones, Ernest Tubb, Hank Williams Jr., Hank Thompson, Buck Owens, other great legends He then went on the road with Red Steagall for many years and played with one of the best Western Swing Bands around. He also went on tour with Moe Bandy and Jainie Frickie. Neal McCoy and he had a band called White Buffalo that showcased Neal and got his record deal with Atlantic Records. He started with the DIXIE CHICKS in 1994 and remained with them until nearly 2000. He played on the Multi-Platinum (20 Million to be exact I think) selling CD "Wide Open Spaces". Tommy played every Venue from CMT Award Shows, AMA award shows to the Grand Ole Opry, and again way too many to mention here. He appeared and played every major TV Show from Good Morning America to Rosie O'Donnell.. And all in between. You know what they are. Now he is recording and playing with JerryJeff Walker.
