Rita Colaço Aka Pype, was born in Lisboa/Portugal in the year of 1979.When she heard for the first time, at the beginning of 2004, the “psytrance music†sounds, she fell in love with it and since then she grew her taste for this type of music, and she learned fast and grew stronger in the djing art, with the help from some friends, doing her first dj set in the new years eve 2004/2005 at a private friends party.In the beginning of 2005 she enters the KatximbaTroops, (Small parties promoter and artist agency __--__ www.katximbatroops.blogspot.com), and starts acting at small and big portuguese parties, in which she had the chance to play among artists like: DigitalPhase; Psilocybe Project; Mad Netic; Painkiller; Khopat; Cosmic Station; Neurotronik; Clock.wise; Telepathic Vision; Audialize: Menog; Suria; Space Tribe; Exaile; Shanti Matkin...Her dj sets are characterized mainly as melodic and groovie full on; her musical taste had a feminine touch, but always powerful and electrifying, spreading the audiance with her.
