About Me

Hello. I’m the host of Bay Area House Concerts , an event promotion enterprise based in Marin County, CA. With the help of many generous friends, including Eric Woodhouse, Diana and Craig Parker, Susannah Robbins , Heidi Jakobsen, Kimi Keating, Nancy Spellman, Tina Patterson , and Rosanna Ferrera , we’ve been able to create nights for quiet music to be heard in the best possible environment.
Each house concert includes an "open stage" portion of the evening where anyone who wants to play a couple tunes is welcome to do so. If you’re interested in attending a show, please RSVP by calling 415.706.3800. I’ll send you an Evite before the show with directions and details.
In May 2007, I formed a new business that merges my experience as an advertising copywriter with my experience as a music journalist .
In June of 2007, I joined the team at About Records as an event promoter for this innovative new label based in Mill Valley, California. You might know About Records best as the label that is preparing to release the full-length debut of Larkin Gayl .
