Ace Furley

I'm looking for people to play music with. I can play anything, but I prefer music that's heavy, grooves and has soul. I learned to keep a beat when I was 3 (with my Dad at the Piumsha Pow Wow), learned to play a set when I was 12 (by my older brother, the "original" drummer for Black'N'Blue, no less!). Piano at 5, guitar at 15, vibes and latin percussion at 18, and accordion at 20. Got a B.A. in music education, been in over 20 bands, on about 30 records, a few U.S. tours, and played over 300 shows. I've got a HUGE practice space in north Portland. So give me a holler if you're looking for a drummer!
