...And yes I still play the guitar!

About Me

A regular fellow, pondering the mysteries of life and the universe like everyone else. I'm a happy hubby (to Feather) and a beaming dad (to a fantastic daughter, Ezra). Avid PC builder/gamer, currently in my second year at SPSCC studying Computer Network Administration. Collecter of dust, useless trivia, and other things I wind up never using. I cook very well. Always a sucker for a good road trip, I like to drive waaaay too fast although I don't anymore. And if you happen to know who I am... Yes for cryin' out loud... I still play the guitar! Can't you tell? After playing it for 20 years, you'd think people would get tired of asking. I am older than I used to be and I do have other things on my plate now and play less; however I don't figure on quitting anytime soon (read: I'll quit when I'm dead). Instead of perusing it like I used to I have (in the last few years) resigned to really enjoying it as a humor-filled/stress releasing hobby. I now love to play as much as I ever did.

Who I'd like to meet: In no particular order: Richard Muller, Richard C. Hoagland, Uli Jon Roth, Jason Becker, Richard Feynman, Edward Teller, Joe Satriani, Chuck Missler, Andreas Segovia, Elliot Fisk, The guys from the defunct band Coroner, David Russell, Albert Einstein, Eddie Izzard, Art Bell, George Noory, Rush Limbaugh, Walter Veith.

As for my history: I have taken many private lessons from the great guru Kevin Wyer , Tom Queen (an undeservedly unknown but masterful player), Warren Mason, have read many books and magazines on technique, theory, scales/modes etc... and at a few points along the way would practice slavishly upwards of 15 hours a day. Every day. I have been in a few bands Byaxis to name one (read their bio and download the tunes w/ Deadly Kristen to hear me with them). And have done a bit of session work on Shadow Demon. 's three song demo which is no longer in print, but they still used one of the solos I wrote on ...And the Meek. Those guys are really great and I wish them the best in all endeavours.

I know it's a bit of a stretch, but I would still enjoy the opportunity to do session work should anyone need. I'm versed in more styles than I let on, have references, and feel pretty qualified for the job. ;^}

As of late, I am currently a member of, and writing music for the fusionesq group Small Talk .

Anyway, thank you for checking out my page! Have a great day!
