I like music and books and films and meeting people. And going to the reading rooms and the westport bar and other pubs to see bands and to drink vodka and coke. I'll be the one counting my change to buy one more..

Music is pretty much the biggest thing that makes me tick and as such, i have geeky things like a last.fm profile which lists everything i listen to and makes charts, for example;
That's what i've been listening to this week. I can be a little preachy about music but it's not a style thing.. I just want everyone to like the music I like! The world would be ok then! Everything I love about music is pretty much in my Top8, good local acts playing the best music around.. you can't beat that. I wish I could do more to support 'da scene', but I wouldn't know where to start and the people who keep it alive right now seem to be doing the best job possible. If you have any ideas, please let me know!
The little calendar down there is for gigs and things I'm going to soon, you should turn out and have a wee beer and check some bands out and like I say, say hello!
