Movies, reading, motorcycle riding with the hubby, video games, playing with my pets and going to the occasional convention! Did I say OCCASIONAL convention? Look at all the fun folks I have met!! This is my form of recreation. I really enjoy this once a year event.
I'd like to meet:
Everyone I can! Famous or not famous... who cares.... just nice, polite people. There are so many very interesting people out in the world, I just can't pick one that I want to meet. Sure you can meet a lot of celebrity types at certain places (i.e. conventions, emmys, etc.)which is a form of recreation. But the truth of the world lies in the heart of people just like you and me.
Music:
Chris Daughtry, James Taylor, Nickleback, UB40, Carrie Underwood, George Strait, Movie sound tracks, Bear McCreary, Beatles, Gwen Stefani, Black eyed Peas, Classical guitar, Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode just to name a few. There are oh so many more!
Movies:
Really got into the whole Lord of the Rings trilogy, Stephen King's The Stand is a big fave, Serenity, old classics like King Kong or Gene Kelly movies. Then there's anything that is remotely science fiction!!
Television:
Yep it turns on and I watch it. Seriously I do love my Firefly, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, all the Trek stuff, Jericho, and ANYTHING Sci-fi is right down my alley!
Books:
Mysteries that make you really think and anything by Stephen King or Dean Koontz.
Heroes:
My husband because he's been through some challenges in life and continues to keep a positive attitude. I also admire anyone who stands up for animals.
