Lethal Skillz is the undisputed heavy weight peoples champion in the genre of Turntablizm in war-torn Middle East and North Africa, Heavy in the game since the mid eighties.LS also know as the PhonoSapien Monk of da 3rd World has managed to maintain his longevity in Hip-hop for over a decade by cutting all Dj’s that choose to appear in his path heads off, and living up to his name with keeping it fresh as the number one priority, Holding down Arabia on his own as Dj / Producer, also the first Arab Dj to translate the Turntablizm art form to Arabic and is pushing it across the 3rd World.
PhonoSapien Monk real name Hussein Mao is an Arab of Lebanese origin, a devoted Muslim who entered Hip-hop in the mid eighties with nothing but a broken tape deck for a sword and elevated to become a swinger of almost every piece in the arsenal of music, and earn him self the title of Terror-Wrists by bidding vinyl’s turning suicidal. Scorching Arabia with fire by exposing every hot Arabian Emcee and fusing Hip-Hop with oriental Arabian culture and tradition; Lethal Skillz is nothing short of a Legacy in the making Through the course of the journey of Lethal Skillz in Hip-hop and music, LS has non-argumentavily came of age with a significant and consistent list of versatile collaborations and performances, the most recent of such triumphs took place in "The Forum" Kentish Town in London; LS came full circle opening up for the likes of Pharaohe Monch and M-1 of Dead Prez to mention a few.
