Hamza “Sidihamza†Mazloum is a fresh talent sharing with the world the sounds generated from his ‘Bedroom Studio’ in Beirut. Sidihamza got into digital music production in 2005 with the help of his school mate MC Zoog and friend John Damascus.It started on Sidi’s laptop with ‘Tarab’ samples cut on Sound Forge then played on Fruity Loops over a drum line. Every night after school, Sidihamza would come back home to turn on Fruity Loops and teach himself the concept behind digital music production.
In 2006 Hamza Mazloum became more familiar with music production and started finalizing his instrumentals; like Eternal Life, Red Powder and Unconscious Nightmares. It was that year when ‘Sidihamza’ came to life.
In 2007 Sidihamza produced many original tracks; such as, The World is Yours, Peace to Jerusalem, Kung Fu Drummer, Fall Anthem and many others.. His tracks used to hit BreakThruRadio.com every one or 2 weeks on the weekly DownTime Sessions with DJ CrushDelight from California.
Early 2008 he made a little space near his bed to put some new music hardware and Cubase as a software accompanied with loads of VST Plugins and sample libraries that keep him having fun with the noises.
When it comes to music, Sidihamza can’t live with out it. Expressing his thoughts through sound waves, have made of Sidi a promising kid in producing original tracks of different genres but always carried with an Arabian touch to keep his works distinctive from the other talents, just like his name!Started from scratch carrying with him an innate talent; Sidihamza from Beirut has been able to impress many DJs, producers, entertainers and promoters from various spots around the world.
