UNITY SELECTAZZ (Zielona Gora/ Lubin)- The Unity Selectazz Sound System was created in 2004, on Mun Kee’s initiative, to unite: Ziontz(from Lubin) (ex Ziontz Bros Sound System) and Rudy (fromGorzów Wielkopolski)(4 Kare Konie Sound System). As a concious dubwise style message, in a sound system live dub remix form at stage. Fascinated with Jamaican culture, first we started from propagation of raggamuffin ,roots ,dub and digital dub music. But in time our project has evolved, we have equipped in samplers, multieffect units and modulators, and came to do, what always inspirated us – live dub remix- unique vibratios, embellished with our own accents. We create unique set mix: dancehall, roots & culture, modern roots, global beat, digital roots, dub, digital dub, steppas style or even jungle and drum’n’bass. Our message is a dubbed and looped with effect’s space, filled with a bass –with dub energy or sometimes technological beat.We have played at Reggae nad Warta,we traveled many miles at the winter Dubtour in Poland and Lithuania (alongside The Dub Chanters at The Controls, and the Jabbadub Sound System).We played also at Satta Outside Festival in Klaipeda, you can hear us in Zielona Góra and neighbourhood cities.
