As a yout I always committed my thoughts hopes and fears onto paper. I found it a great way of dealing with the frustrations that I had growing up in the UK. Better out then in as my folks would say and roots music, as I found was a great way of releasing the pressure. The first time I used my vocal talent was on a dub plate for Aba- Shanti. It’s A Crime was recorded and produced at the Dub Factory Studio. Around 2000 I hooked up with my long time bred’in Richi Rootz who encouraged me to do some vocals for a joint collaboration he was doing with Vibronics.
