Orla Feeney -One of the most striking things you notice when you first meet young Kildare upstart, Orla Feeney, is her cheeky grin, as she rambles on enthusiastically about beatmatching, new technology and legal downloads. The passion of electronic music has been in her blood for years, from her days underage clubbing at the infamous Temple Theatre, to her present position, rapidly climbing the ranks of the ever-evolving Irish clubbing circuit.
Not particularly one for stereotypes, Feeney has strayed far from the path of 'Blonde Bimbo Hard Dance Vixen.' Instead, Orla lays down layers of tech-trance and uplifting riffs to the tune of 140bpm. Rave? It most certainly is. With a personality like this, one couldnt expect to find the upcoming jock confined to venues in her homely outer-Dublin village now could we?
