DjSilverJ was born on the 27 june 1982 he is from mosta and he always had interest about music since the age of 12 when he started playing drums till the age of 16, at the age of 16 DjSilverJ started to follow the clubbing scene and he was impressed with trance and house music, he started to follow djs like ferry corsten, tiesto, johan gielen, armin van buuren, Nheaven & so on, DjSilverJ decided to start Djing & he went to black toe for a course with jjoy & darren baxten(kashmir), DjSilverJ got his first gig @ barfunk in the year 2002 as a resident dj for a couple of months before barfunk closed down, in 2003 DjSilverJ played @ the trigger warm up party which was held @ the beach haven in xemxija. in the same year SilverJ had some other small gigs in some clubs, in 2004 DjSilverJ played @ lovedance festival, he also played at other festivals & parties in malta and abroad such as atlantis dance, cyber sounds event, getting fevered..1 & getting fevered..2, klubb sessions, mosta street party, summer glory, i love trance, Nheaven solo, DjSilverJ was resident dj in various clubs such as paharohs, oblivion, jumpin jack, buddha lounge, & poxx bar. DjSilverJ played alongside many international artists such as anthony rother, johannes heil, darren christian, umek, funk d void, tall paul, djcheeky, anne savage, matt hardwick, eddie halliwel, graham gold, johan gielen, alan oldham, sander kleinenberg, blake baxter, andy morris, scott bond, joyce mercedes, 4strings, DjSan, DjPols & chab, DjMarkx (in corfu greece) christian burns (vocalist of in the dark with tiesto). ian van dahl, jennifer rene, dash berlin. in the year 2006 DjSilverJ acheived great success in his career he started his radio sessions every saturday night on central fm radio, thanks to andre bugeja, he joined italian dj agency mside staff thanks to michele, he had his first gig abroad in dassia corfu greek island, 2007 seems to be a brighter one for SilverJ being part as resident in malta top trance event with malta no1 trance dj Nheaven at solo events!! playing regular in various clubs and events and also hosting trance sessions worldwide on pure.fm in usa, dreamradio in ireland, cream radio slovakia, powernet radio bulgaria, robotica.fm uruguay, loop live radio italy, and central fm radio malta SilverJ hosted some of the top trance djs in his show such as ron van den beuken, adam white, gareth emery, andy bagguley, kara sun, jon o bir, progression, menno de jong, alex m.o.r.p.h. woody van eyden, niklas harding and the list will grow soon!
