About Me

Tober finalized its first line up in early 2001. In July of that year, its first offering, Purity Junkie, consisting of only 3 songs, Burnt Iris, Sever and What Now, received a warm welcome from local show goes and reviewers alike. 2002 resulted in dozens of shows and a second EP titled Terminal Drama, consisting of 4 songs, Desperate, Savior, Eve and Cyprian. By 2003, although most of the work done is DIY, Tober was played on radio stations from the North East to southern California and a few other countries in Europe and South America.

As of 01.01.05 with the release of HERETIC, a track produced for an independent film, TOBER is on indefinite hiatus. We would like to thank all of you who were there. You know who you are.

we will try to keep you informed about what other projects past tober members (Ivo & Daichi) will be involved in as it develops.

Influences: Not sure if all we enjoy listening to becomes an influence. Not sure if every traumatic or fulfilling moment does either. In any case, below are some of the bands we enjoy (past and present) in no particular order.
