ERIC

hi.

About Me

First impressions are everything I guess. The truth is that I'm just weird and this description will involve a lot of "I's" and "I'm's". A Sagittarian with a rising sign in Scorpio. I'm complex, simple, musical, poetic, a total geek, artsy-fartsy, questionable, far-out, skinny, bad-ass, loud, quiet, stupendously funny, insane, in need of sleep and a vacation, spiritual, charged, progressing, magnetic, a mutt and always under-construction... basically every color of the big ol' spectrum. I prefer staying out of the sun with my nose deep in a good book and my ears covered with sound. I prefer chilling with people who see beauty in everything, because, I find it to be influential and inspiring. I can't think of anything else to write because filling shit like this out is retarded... but... better as a drummer, than as a person who can explain one's self or break the ice on cue. If I send you a friend request without a message, don't be offended. It may take a while for me to write something witty and original. Stare at my pics. Click the link in my books section to read the crap I write. Check out my drumming videos. Punch yourself in the face. Feel free to send me a message if ya'd like. Take care, and don't forget to wipe front to back.

As observed by Madam_M: New Jersey bred and a favorite amongst the club circuit for his technique, unique presence and wit, Eric’s interest in drumming began at the age of 3. Self taught and having an inherent ear for music, Eric’s initial influences came from the sounds of Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, KISS, and early Motown. Other than his love for Rock n’ Roll, he later fine-tuned his craft by immersing himself in a variety of popular musical styles such as R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop and Drum n’ Bass.
Eric’s musical career has included playing in many bands, both signed and unsigned, and has done numerous session work in the US and Europe. Throughout the years, Eric has been involved in various projects with notable artists, such as: Adam Hawkins, Peter Mew, G.E. Smith, T. Bone Wolk, Janek Gwizdala, Rob Bailey, Steve Holly, John Eaton, Jam Master Jay, Randy Allen, Robt Ptak, JIVEjones and a slew of up-and-coming artists, both signed and unsigned, throughout NYC and NJ. Through his work in the music industry, Eric has gained experience as a studio and live performer, and a valuable sense of business knowledge.
:CURRENT BAND: HELLO EDEN
The music produced by HELLO EDEN can only be described as unapologetically Rock n Roll. Through his explosive and maniacal drumming style and his creative drive, Eric’s contributions to HELLO EDEN make them one of the best up-and-coming bands today.
:TOOLS:
Modern Drumshop Custom Drums, Pearl Hardware, Vic Firth sticks, Remo Heads, Paiste Cymbals, and whatever isn’t broken.
