HI EVERYONE.... WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT CONNIE HAS RECORDED THREE NEW SONGS TO REPLACE THE CHRISTMAS TUNES ON THE 'OVER THE RAINBOW ALBUM .
A new version of the album will be available from connietalbot.com from May the 19th. We don't want to encourage those that have already purchased the album to do so twice, so we are working on a digital store so that you can have the chance to buy only those songs that you want too.
Connie is best known as the gap toothed 6 year old who stole the nations heart when she stepped out on stage and sang solo in front of the judges of 'Britains got talent' . She's been singing since she was about 18 months old. Connie started singing when her Nan was ill with cancer; she would spend hours singing to her which made her Nan very happy.
She initially wanted to enter Britain's Got Talent so that she could sing in front of Simon Cowell and make people happy too. After seeing Simon Cowell in Africa on American Idol she decided that if she was to win she would like to donate all the money to the kids in Africa. She managed to acheive two of those wishes after touching the heart of Simon Cowell and the nation as a whole.
Connie hasn't had singing lessons, so you can truly say that she has a 100% natural God given talent. Her voice has so many different ranges and can throw her hand at pretty much any song she wishes.
she's is destined for brilliant things in the years to come and has her first album released on November the 26th in the UK. It's called 'Over the Rainbow'. Our friends abroad will be able to order it directly from connietalbot.com
"Over the Rainbow" features 12 all-time favourite songs such as "Somewhere over the rainbow", "Imagine", "I have a dream" and "White Christmas".
