Some of you may now know me as one of the Judges on NBC's "America's Got Talent." Well we're back for another great season with a new host and a new judge and I promise you won't be disappointed!
A little more about me for those of you who are curious.
I became editor of the News of the World at 28 - the youngest national newspaper editor for more than 50 years. Two years later, I was headhunted to edit the Daily Mirror.
Since then my career has had its share of controversy which I'm sure you've managed to read about if you've googled me enough. But all in all, it's been a great ride.
One of my favorite projects took hold just a few months ago when I launched First News, a weekly paper aimed at 9-12 year olds where I am now editorial director.
