About Me

I just moved to South Lake Tahoe, one of the most stunningly beautiful places on the planet. I'm currently working at an adult store, and a hotel as night audit, but that's changing pretty quick. I was just hired at Hard Rock Cafe, and my other summer job starts at the beginning of June, at a restaurant right on the lake. This summer will be filled with new activities for me...water skiing, parasailing and skydiving are at the top of my list. I'm hoping to go to Burning Man for my second year, and there's a possible move to the Bay area at the end of 2008. I'm counting on synchronicity to help me make the decisions that will shape my life for the next few years, bring my tattoo artist to me and more magic than I can handle.Current Readings: The Book, Alan Watts Current Listenings: Evans Blue, Five Finger Death Punch, Red Current crushing over: Everyone whose sexuality shows through; it's Spring and I'm feel- ing it!! Current plans: Making bank this summer, seeing my kids, buying a car, getting my bike, skydiving, hearing music, going to the ren faire, reading the plethora of books I keep finding at yard sales, attending Burning Man, getting a Monroe, taking a belly dance and an anatomy class at LTCC, jesus I'm gonna be busy....

Girly Myspace Layouts I'm a curious, empathic Being that possesses the wonder of a child and the strength of a woman. I want to do everything, learn as much as I can, and perhaps help someone along the way. My experiences with loneliness, pain and addiction have carved out room in my soul to fill with nurturing, comfort and love. I'm currently working on finding balance in my life, something I've never even attempted or honestly been very interested in before now. For me, feeding all areas of my life has taken on the utmost importance...the Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Mental Selves all need to be tended to and can receive energy from so many different areas. I believe that living in Spirit doesn't preclude living a Sensual, Sexual life...melding the seeming opposites, finding a common denominator for the paradoxes we face...those are the fun things in life. I adore music and any situation where I can totally lose my Self...concerts and raves are two areas where I can completely transcend "reality" and go places I've never gone. I'm infatuated with everything, feel that everyone has something to teach me, and find irrelevance in chronological age. I ache to travel...to see the world, not from the tourist's perspective. I have a rich fantasy life, which ends up in a lot of places...muahahaha!!! I'm optimistic, happy, free and a hippie at heart, (but I have a job, shave, wear deodorant and don't smell of patchouli. I try not to be in judgment...to accept people for who and what they are instead of stuffing them into categories. I think learning is extremely sexy...so is creativity, giving of ones Self and people living their passion. And snakes. And Poetry...With what attentive courtesy he bent Over his instrument; Not as a lordly conqueror who could Command both wire and wood, But as a man with a loved woman might, Inquiring with delight What slight essential things she had to say Before they started, he and she, to play.---- Frances Cornford (1886-1960)

HELL LEVEL 3
(Raw score: 90%)
There's a special place in Hell for you: the basement penthouse. You scored the nastiest possible score on the Sexual Hell Test. You have no sexual restraint whatsoever. You'll take pleasure however you can get it, and my guess is you get it a lot. If for some reason you don't right now, you will soon, as people in your category only tend to spiral down ever deeper into the abyss of carnality and delicious sin. Congratulations. I, personally, think that this category is the best. Paradoxically enough, sexual liberation and indulgence can only bring you closer to purity. AVOID: all but level 3 hellions like yourself. You wouldn't want to ruin anyone, now would you?
Link: The Sexual HELL Test ( OkCupid Free Online Dating )The Raver Manifesto (taken with permission from Dreamgate's profile)Our emotional state of choice is Ecstasy Our nourishment of choice is Love Our addiction of choice is technology Our religion of choice is music Our currency of choice is knowledge Our politics of choice is none Our society of choice is utopian though we know it will never be.You may hate us. You may dismiss us. You may misunderstand us. You may be unaware of our existence. We can only hope you do not care to judge us, because we would never judge you. We are not criminals. We are not disillusioned. We are not drug addicts. We are not naive children. We are one massiveglobal, tribal village that transcends man-made law, physical geography, and time itself. We are The Massive One Massive. We were first drawn by the sound. From far away, the thunderous, muffled, echoing beat was comparable to a mother's heart soothing a child in her womb of concrete, steel, and electrical wiring. We were drawn back into this womb, and there, in the heat, dampness, and darkness of it, we came to accept that we are all equal. Not only to the darkness, and to ourselves, but to the very music slamming into us and passing through our souls: we are all equal. And somewhere around 35Hz we could feel the hand of God at our backs, pushing us forward, pushing us to push ourselves to strengthen our minds, our bodies, and our spirits. Pushing us to turn to the person beside us to join hands and uplift them by sharing the uncontrollable joy we felt from creating this magical bubble that can, for one evening, protect us from the horrors, atrocities, and pollution of the outside world. It is in that very instant, with these initial realizations that each of us was truly born.We continue to pack our bodies into clubs, or warehouses, or buildings you've abandoned and left for naught, and we bring life to them for one night. Strong, throbbing, vibrant life in it's purest, most intense, most hedonistic form. In these makeshift spaces, we seek to shed ourselves of the burden of uncertainty for a future you have been unable to stabilize and secure for us. We seek to relinquish our inhibitions, and free ourselves from the shackles and restraints you've put on us for your own peace of mind. We seek to re-write the programming that you have tried to indoctrinate us with since the moment we were born. Programming that tells us to hate, that tells us to judge, that tells us to stuff ourselves into the nearest and most convenient pigeon hole possible. Programming that even tells us to climb ladders for you, jump through hoops, and run through mazes and on hamster wheels. Programming that tells us to eat from the shiny silver spoon you are trying to feed us with, instead of nourish ourselves with our own capable hands. Programming that tells us to close our minds, instead of open them.Until the sun rises to burn our eyes by revealing the distopian reality of a world you've created for us, we dance fiercely with our brothers and sisters in celebration of our life, of our culture, and of the values we believe in:Peace Love Freedom Tolerance Unity Harmony Expression Responsibility RespectOur enemy of choice is ignorance. Our weapon of choice is information. Our crime of choice is breaking and challenging whatever laws you feel you need to put in place to stop us from celebrating our existence. But know that while you may shut down any given party, on any given night, in any given city, in any given country or continent on this beautiful planet, you can never shut down the entire party. You don't have access to that switch, no matter what you may think. The music will never stop. The heartbeat will never fade. The party will never end. I am a raver, and this is my manifesto.

You are Lateralus. You are unique, intelligent, and
most importantly, an individual. You are
probably a leader and you see and do things
your own way, which is usually different from
the norm. We expect big things to come from
you.
