About Me

Um... mute the music before you watch Margaret:
World Destruction!
Help train rats in Africa to sniff out landmines!!
Great Christams gift!!
Hero Rat:
Homeless: Norcal - Socal - Where do I belong? Où est mon coeur? LOL... Okay, I'm tired of living out of my suitcase....
www.aussiebum.com.auTurning 40:My grandma told me today that her sister said that when she turned 40, life was really going to start. So, she bought and expensive red dress and got all gussied up and on her 40th birthday she sat on the couch all day waiting for life to begin and then nothing happened.
"In the light you can see the way. In the dark you can see the stars." I think that was in one of my horoscopes late last year. Cheesy but totally appropriate to what's going on right now.
I have very supportive friends who adore me and are very supportive during my many crises.
I'm from the SF Bay Area living in SD for school. Travel back and forth about once a month.
Well, Im slightly unstable. Ive put my law school on hold until Fall 07 or Spring 08 because of family health, ageing, business and legal issues. Been putting out fire after fire but I believe that I have excellent crises management skills from my days in the corporate environment.
Im actually commuting between Del Mar and the Bay Area every 2 weeks or so. Once again Ive become a business road warrior. I dont even have my own place. I split time between my best friend Karen in Del Mar and my moms house in Vallejo.
Im taking over my grandparents real estate management company, Benicia Realty Management, Inc. in Benicia, CA temporarily to stabilize it, get a small business loan and modernize the company and then maybe sell it. I hate real estate.
At the same time Ive joined one of my best friends Sherri Norris (Tawdry Falls in my Top-6) starting a non-profit organization called the California Indian Environmental Alliance. We are working to remove mercury poisoning from Californias waterways from abandoned mines. There are thousands of mines that leach toxins and heavy metals into rivers, delta and watersheds. With native California tribes, CIEA also works to minimize the health effects from these toxins to California Indians and thus to the general population.
Other than that, I visit friends constantly as they are my emotional support structure. I eventually will settle down and stop this wild commute and when I do, I want a man in the life!
Important things to me:" My family " My friends " Music " Working out and looking like a jock lol! " Emotional health thats doubtful " Politics and specifically the impeachment of Bushs cabinet " Making new friends " Developing good karma in the world " The Vandals " Porn (you think I'm kidding?)
I'm very sweet, supportive, balanced (well sort of), empathetic, communicative, open-minded, love diversity, professional, risk-taking, outgoing and sometimes morbid (love Edward Gorey), sometimes sarcastic and sometimes a dry, cheesy wit.
