About Me

Ello, we're twentysixfeet. There's five of us and a computer. We all live in north London. This hasn't always been true; we once lived in the cultural hubs of Swindon and Wrexham but they were overly cosmopolitan so we decided to move somewhere quieter and less tolerant. We primarily want to make noise/music that we like to hear but it turns out that other people also like the music we make, so we play shows and record our songs. We got bored of always playing with bands we didnt really like so we started a night of our own. It used to be called Don't Piss on the Fish but we teamed up with our friends Akira and now it's called WRECK. It's held at various London dives. If you like us, come to a show and say hello; I can almost guarantee we'll be nice to you. There's not really much else to say; just give us a bang and see what you reckon. If you're a band who is just adding us for PR purposes and you don't actually like us/haven't even bothered to listen etc, please fuck off.
In the meantime however, you can check out our video for 'a pocket full of poses'. The vid was directed, filmed and edited by Alex Walker of Brickwall films and features Uk based French actress Aurelie Amblard alongside English legend Howard Sway. We like it, you should too.

Unpeeled review of My Dead Organ

CANT SPELL, CAN PLAYThey bring electronic soul to the post-post-postman-fucking-pat post rock diaspora, by making their circuits bleed and adding muscle to the stringy cables and synth laden sounds. Y...
