La banda nace en el verano de 1997 en Alicante, España;durante estos años ha realizado numerosos conciertos por el país, mostrando sus propios temas y versioneando clasicos del blues principalmente. Actualmente, MEDICINE MAN presenta una sólida formación como se puede comprobar en su último C.D. “BLUES 4 CATS” grabado en directo, donde el grupo combina temas propios con standars de bluesmen como Elmore James,Sonny Thompson,Howlin´ Wolf, etc. .Con este nuevo trabajo confirman su solidez como banda y muestran abiertamente su sonido más puro; indispensable para el blues...
MEDICINE MAN han compartido escenario en festivales con músicos como POPA CHUBBY, KEITH DUNN, COCO MONTOYA,etc.

Born during the summer of 1997 in Alicante,Spain. For many years Medicine Man has played a big number of gigs all along the country,Playing their own songs and covering the old classics from the blues, At present time Medicine Man is a solid band as they show in their last c.d. "Blues 4 Cats", recorded live.Here you can listen to their own compositions and some old tunes from bluesmen as Elmore James,Sonny Thompson,Howlin´ Wolf,etc. where they show a pure sound, indispensable for the Blues.

During 2005, Víctor Jordá was part of "Ken Hensley Band", playing Guitar, Keyboards, and backing vocals; touring Mexico,Bulgary,Norway, etc.
