Dj Trema (aka. Adam Wright) has been listening to drum & bass since 2001. At first it was only on tapepacks that’s mates lent him, but this love soon grew and he finally caved into buying his first set of decks in 2003. In the 4 years since then Trema has refined his mixing talents, playing out wherever possible, anywhere from house parties to fields to clubs, and has built up a fairly large local fan base around his home town of Banbury. As his mixing talents improved over the years he started playing out to wider areas and this led to him being given residency at a nite called "Inersha" in Leamington, with other Rite 2 Remain members - Spinbad and Double D. Sadly, due to lack of support, the event only lasted about 6 months before going under in early 2006. However, this was his first taste of supporting some big names in the scence including, Fluid, Eksman, Herbzie, Funsta and Shorston, and was all experience in playing out in a proper venue.
Currently, in 2007, Trema is a resident at the well-established "Adrenaline Rush" at Confessions Nightclub in Banbury, which has given him the chance to support a host of a-list dj's and mc's including Grooverider, Bryan Gee, Hype, Friction, Hazard, Clipz, Chase & Status, Adam F, Shabba, Ic3, SP & Bassman. Recently he has also been given a monthly residency at the newly founded "Pulse" at the Liquid Lounge in Banbury Market Place, run by Coco from Dope Ammo Records (check the events listings on this page or the Dope Ammo Myspace for information on dates for "Pulse" ...... and make sure you get urself down there!!!).
He is starting as new student at Loughborough uni this year and is hoping to get into promoting and mixing at the SU, and the town itself, so anyone from that area (Loughbrough, Leicester, Notts etc.) definately get in touch!! Also, having spent alot of time in the studio recently he is hoping to get his sound noticed by a much wider audience.
When not mixing or producing Trema spends most of his time with his beautuiful girlfriend Denise. "Your the greatest and I love you lots, you know it!!"
