The heart is your doorway to the life you long for.
Whatever your issues
—grief, shame, addictions, abuse, relationships, family problems, trauma;
Whatever your dreams
—love, peace, happiness, freedom, fulfillment;
lasting healing and transformation in mind, body and soul can be reached only through the heart.

Kundalini Yoga is for everyone who wants to cope successfully with the challenges of living in this day and age.
It is for householders, for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, managing businesses. It gives results in the shortest possible time. It does not require you to leave your home, become an ascetic, or sit in a cave.
This is a superb technology to awaken your awareness and bring it into your original or authentic self.
The process of growth through Kundalini Yoga is a natural unfolding of your own nature. Its power lies in your actual experience. As you practice Kundalini Yoga you will grow. You will gain new perspectives, capacities, and habits that can support your expanded awareness. It goes right to your heart and no words can replace that experience.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that expands conscious awareness while strengthening and harmonizing your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. It teaches you techniques and awareness to stay healthy. You gain a strong immune system, vital glands, a strong nervous system, good circulation and an awareness of the impact of your habits. This foundation gives you energy to deal with the mental and spiritual facets of your life.
