About Me

My name is Roy Walker, and I was born in Belfast in 1940. I am a comedian best known for presenting 'Catchphrase' on British television. Before then, I got my big break as the highest scoring contestant on 'New Faces', and was a member of 'The Comedians' in the early seventies. I still tour, and live at home with my dear wife. I am also a former Irish Hammer throwing champion, and once was in the Vienna Boy's Choir.
