This is the Official my space page of Dr. Lee E. VanZandt D.Min she is a third generation member of the Church of God in Christ. She is the daughter of the late Pastor Woodrow and Mother Gladys Paige Jones. Her grand parents Deacon Ciscro and Ida Jones, Deacon Fount and Emma Paige were charted members of the Church of God in Christ in Mississippi. Mother VanZandt is the fifth of 15 children. She received the Lord at the age of 8 years old at a revival conducted by Mother Dorothy Webster Exume. Mother VanZandt has traveled the length and breadth of the world preaching and winning souls to the kingdom.Mother VanZandt is a graduate of Saint Junior College in Lexington, MS and Ohio State University with a BS degree in Education. She has also attended the Four Square Bible College.Mother VanZandt is the Co- Pastor of Monument of Love C.O.G.I.C. in Vienna, MD. She was appointed as the Jurisdictional Supervisor of the Brazil Jurisdiction in South America in 2000 after working in the vineyard for several years. She was also appointed as the Jurisdictional Supervisor of Maryland Eastern Shore Jurisdiction after serving as Assistant Supervisor. She serves the church as a member of the General Assembly Sergeant at Arms. She is a member of the National Evangelist Board since 1972. She is also a member of the National Women’s’ Dept. Inspirational Team since 1985. She serves on the International Home & Foreign Missions Board and is a instructor for the AIM Convention as well as a Youth on A Mission Team. She is the founder & CEO of Oasis of Love Ministries founded in 1985. She is a member of the Executive Board of the International Women’s Department under the supervision of Mother Willie Mae Rivers.Mother VanZandt is married to Pastor Benjamin VanZandt and they are the parents of 7 children, 2 special daughters, 2 godsons, 15 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren. ************************************************************ ************ December 2007 voted International Mission Woman of the Year at the Gospel Preachers Awards****************************************************** ****************** On December 14, 2007 Mother VanZandt received her Honorary Doctorate Degree in Ministry.
