Tucson, AZBorn on December 27th, 1991 to his mother, Magnus J. U. had the not so normal life. Although his parents resided in different homes Magnus’ father was never present in his life. Magnus’ dad always seemed hostile towards him and his brother and sister. When Magnus was around the age of 7 he began rapping. This was a way for him to escape and express his feelings about his dad and his current situation. Even though his father did not support him in his endeavors, Magnus’ mother always encouraged all of her children that they could achieve anything as long as they put their minds to it. This was positive reinforcement in Magnus’ mind. As time went on the person who Magnus looked up too, which was his older brother, began getting in trouble in school and with the law which landed him in prison where he is currently. Magnus took this as something that would fuel him into becoming a better person because he didn’t want to follow down the path that his brother did. In middle school Magnus and a group of friends formed a group which they would call themselves, “The Dangerous Boysâ€. In the beginning everything seemed to work out as they were performing around a ton of local talent shows and opening up for big name artist like Ludacris, Twista, and Young Berg. All of this would soon come to a halt when Magnus realized that not all of the group’s members were as dedicated as he was. The group disbanded and Magnus went on to become a solo artist. With no father figure present in his life Magnus began in search of someone whom he could look up to. On this quest he found his cousin Shane from Queens Bridge, NY who grew up with the legendary recording artist Nas. His cousin had experience in the rap industry and offered Magnus a sense of security that he was unfamiliar to. Even though Shane was giving Magnus good advice this advice was not the same as having an actual father. Magnus struggled and got into some trouble at school. After having a talk with his mother and various altercations with the law, Magnus realized that he was heading in the same direction as his brother and decided to straighten up. His hunger and desire to break in to the music industry continued to grow. He bought some studio equipment from money earned selling beats which enabled him to begin making and producing his own tracks. Magnus knows that education is the key to success so he maintains a 3.7 GPA as a sophomore in high school. In present day Magnus is working on perfecting his beat making and lyrical ability in hopes of being signed to a major label where he can share his life with the world to his music!..
