About Me

Altitudinally challenged and I'd like to think I was quite fun to be around.Take no notice of what my age says up the top - I'm 29 again - Honest! Ok and I lie about my age all the time! What do you expect - Honesty! Yeah right!Religion: Pissyarseytesticostical (why wasn't that one in the My Space Religion list eh?). I'd have like to have been able to add my school too..... but My Space doesn't have that one logged either! I used to go to Peckham School for Girls (at the time it was London's equivalent to St Trinian's!) and very proud of that I am too ;0)CURRENT MOON moon phases

My Interests

Horror Films; gigs; Housework (That would be a NOT Joke); Travel (when I can afford it); Going to Comedy Clubs; Making toilet seat covers(yeah - right); knitting socks for the men at the frontline (oh no - That was my hobby in a previous life!); collecting milk bottle tops (not easy now since we don't seem to have milk bottles any more)And.... I like to dress up and play ;0)

I'd like to meet:

Patrick Stewart as Jean Luc Picard - especially if he had green wellies on.... Cool :-)I would also love to meet Christopher Lee.... That voice.... Cor.....Other people I'd like to meet but never will:Bill Hicks that would be brilliant - He was a profit;Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Bill Hicks Eric Morcambe, what superb comic timing he had;Tommy Cooper Just him walking on stage used to make me laughA blind bloke walks into a shop with a guide dog. He picks the Dog up and starts swinging it around his head. Alarmed, a shop assistant calls out: 'Can I help, sir?' 'No thanks,' says the blind bloke. 'Just looking.' Tommy Cooper

Music:

James; Gary Numan; The Who and lots lots more (can't name them all as I only have skinny wrists and they might get tired. In fact I think I could fill up a whole website on the bands that I like to listen to!

Movies:

Depends on 'ow many killins!; vampire movies; Amicus Films; Hammer House of Horror; 50's and 60's scifi films. One of my favourite movies (and one that always cheers me up no end) is BRAINDEAD from the demented mind and delirious camera of writer-director Peter Jackson.I also love Tim Burton movies (especially if they have Johnny Depp in them) and films that use Brian Froud as conceptual designer (like Dark Crystal - brilliant movie - gotta love those podlings). Other films wot I like are:Plan 9 From Outer Space, Underworld, Barbarella (Jane Fonda is so hot in this)Cry Baby or any other film with Johnny Depp in, Dawn of the Dead, Shaun of the Dead, Evil Dead, Night of the Living Dead, (Most things with 'Dead' in the title!) Metropolis, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Lost Boys, Addams Family Values (my desert island DVD), Monty Python Films, St Trinian's Films (reminds me of old school days - ahhh!)We’re the girls of St Trinian’s Girls with armour on.Grab the nearest weapon, Never mind which one.The battle’s to the strongest, Might is always right.Trample on the weakest, Glory in their plight.St Trinian’s St Trinian’s Our battle cry, St Trinian’s St Trinian’s Will never die.Stride towards your fortune, Boldly on your way. Never once forgetting there’s one born every day. Let our motto be broadcast, “Get your blow in first”. She who draws the sword last always comes off worst.

Television:

League of Gentlemen. The Mighty Boosh. The Young OnesBlack AdderRed Dwarfand other retro comedy of the same style.....Most Haunted - Still waiting for a spook (aka the camera men) to lob something at Yvette - and NOT bloody miss! Apart from that I mostly use the television to view my vast and ever expanding collection of horror DVD's or Comedy DVD's

Books:

Lots - Jump spot Jump - a riveting read with a subtle twist at the end. I'm now moving on to Janet and John books and next week I've been told I can try joined up writing (but only if I'm good)

Heroes:

My late husband Will, who lost his life saving mine.
