About Me

The Jazz Mad Lab (USA) is an original modern jazz quintet that is always looking to push the boundaries musically and artistically. The group is comprised of Sean Jefferson (drums & percussion), Neil Dreger (acoustic & electric basses), Chris Ziemba (piano & keyboards), Jeff Ostroski (trumpet), & Matt Stuver (saxophones). JML, led by drummer Sean Jefferson, creates a diverse blend of simplicity, complexity and beauty that is steeped deep in the traditions of jazz and various musical genres from around the world. The group is known for exploding out of beautiful melodies and harmonies into highly energetic grooves while exploring limitless possibilities. The Jazz Mad Lab is set to release their latest original album, Verb-ation, in the spring of 2008 on indie label JazzHead Records in collaboration with Trier Records. ************************************************************ ************************************************************ ************************** For booking information (both USA/International) contact: Petra Henderson at Paradigm Shift Jazz - Phone +1 (585) 442-5685 or Email - [email protected]
