newvisionoffaithministries Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in a the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,Apostle Kevin E. Dean, pastor of New Vision of Faith Ministries (NVOFM), is a man seeking the heart of God. After serving in ministry for over 20 years, he received confirmation of his appointment and acted upon it. Based upon the word of God, the vision has come from the pin and paper to the present.
With a heart for souls, and under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Apostle Dean and NVOFM formed and began holding services at Ephphatha Lutheran Church in Chicago, the first Sunday in January, 2002. With the concept of G12 (Groups of 12), and a demand on Evangelism, the ministry began to grow in number, spirit and truth. Elders were appointed, and cell group ministry was initiated.
God continued to make the vision clear and doors were opened to allow property to be purchased and made ready at 447 W. 120th Street in Chicago. Services transferred to the new location on June 17, 2003 by motorcade procession from the Auburn Gresham neighborhood.
Operating under the anointing of five fold ministry gifts, the church motto is “Reaching as many souls as possible through as many Christ-centered means imaginable.†The NVOF Fellowship (a coalition of churches that are in agreement with the Word of God and His will upon the earth), has developed an institute to better equip the saints for ministry.
Matthew 28:19 - "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost." As a member of a fellowship of Churches, New Vision of Faith Ministries has a passion for global ministry. Along with the fellowship, NVOFM has developed ministry partners in Haiti, Honduras and Ghana.
It is the belief of NVOF Ministries that our Faith, Love, and Obedience to Christ reflects in our service to humanity and that “faith without works is deadâ€. Through our worship, God reveals His purpose and will for our existence. We will seek His face, be molded into the image of Christ, and find significance for our lives. Through our worship, we are ever renewed to perform His will of evangelizing others. In glorifying God through worship, we purpose to give the fullest expression of our commitment and dedication to the Lord. In revealing His purpose to redeem humanity, we will reach as many souls as possible through as many Christ-centered means imaginable.
