Anne Czichowsky

I was born in 1981 in Switzerland. I grew up with lots of good music thanks to my father's huge collection of records! I studied jazz vocals at the universities of Stuttgart and Graz from 2001 to 2007, and I took part in numerous workshops with e.g. the New York Voices, Bob Stoloff, Jay Clayton. I'm currently working a lot with my wonderful lovely great quintet "Jazzpartout", which is probably the best thing that happened in my musical life till now. Our album will be coming out this summer. And we are the winner of the Bucharest International Jazz Competition 2008! In 2008 I have also won the International Jazz Singer Contest "Lady Summertime" in Finland, man, what a party we had up there in the north, I met so many great people and great singers there, and the journey continues... have fun listening to the music of "Jazzpartout" on myspace :)
