Andreas was born in Heilbronn/Germany on April 1st in 1963. He started playing the trumpet at age 9. Later he added piano lessons for 3 years. After 5 years with classical trumpet lessons he discovered the world of Jazz. After playing in different bands in the Heilbronn area he get in contact with Bobby Shew, who influenced him the most with his knowledge about playing the trumpet.
